ADMISSION PROCEDURE

TO SEEK ADMISSION IN AAKRITI VIYA BHAWAN:

STEP-1

Submit the online enquiry form from this link or the school admission office. Our counsellor will get back to you to answer your questions and collect the required information.

STEP-2

The parents are requested to visit the school, fill the registration form and purchase the school prospectus. You will carry one latest coloured passport size photograph of the child and the parents / guardian along with the self-attested Date of Birth certificate.

Alternatively, parents may also download the application form online by clicking here (Download form). Once the form is filled, please take a printout of the same, fill in the details and submit the hard copy of the completed form to the school.

STEP-3

On the availability of seats per class the child shall be called for a written test which will be based on general syllabus of the previous class that the child has passed/attended for the subjects; English, Hindi, Science, Maths, and General knowledge.

STEP-4

Names of the successful students will be posted on the notice board and information through phone call would be sent to the parents. Thereafter, parents would be requested to visit the school with their wards for an interview with the Principal.

STEP-5

After the interview the child will be given a probationary admission.

STEP-6

Once all the documents are furnished by the parents (Birth-certificate, Transfer-certificate, Marksheets of previous class, Aadhar card etc) and all the dues of initial fees paid, the admission will stand confirmed.
